Spicy Pochero Recipe

Finally perfected my pochero recipe! Modesty aside, it tastes really really good! Kamote is perfect for this dish!

1/2 kilo of Pork, adobo cut
3 Saging na saba (sliced)
3 Kamote (sliced)
5 Siling Haba
1 pack Del Monte Tomato Sauce
Cabbage, sliced

Others:
Salt and Pepper to taste
Tomatoes, Onion and Garlic

Sauce: Mix in a separate bowl (substitute for Pork and Beans)
2 tbsp of Sugar
2 tbsp of Honey
1 tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp of Say Sauce

Instruction:
Fry kamote and banana, set aside
Sautee pork in garlic, onion and tomatoes, siling haba and pepper
Add water, boil until water is reduced and pork is tender
Add tomato sauce and Sauce mixture
Add more water if needed
Mix kamote and banana, simmer
Add cabbage

Serve hot and enjoy!
