SAMBOKOJIN Eat All You Can Japanese and Korean Resto

Ay, ang akala ko “ISHAYMASE!” Yan kase ang welcome greetings ng staff whenever new guests arrive.

More yummy picks after the jump!

My friends and I have been eyeing this resto even before it opened late last year. The huge banner outside that says “Grill all you can, eat all you can” just beside Something Fishy wasn’t easy to ignore. Nakaka igaya in Tagalog.

We finally gave in and decided it’s high time we succumbed to our hunger.

Staff – 5/5 for being helpful and courteous

Maki, Sushi and various types of Rolls – 5/5! I haven’t eaten so many delicious maki in my life. Winner. Even my friend Aila who never eat maki rolls became a fan.

Ambience – 3.2/5 for the classy with modern style but very dull interior

Various veggies, veggies wrapped in bacon etc. – 4.5/5 for the effort in cutting and plating hahaha

I just found out last week, wala palang ka-kwenta-kwenta ang eggplant. Sayang favorite ko pa naman sya ang kaso ito palang gulay na to walang silbi. Walang nutritional value. Maganda lang syang tingnan hahaha.

Tempura, Kani and others – 5/5. You must not forget to try their cordon bleu, very cheesy. Actually, di ko natikman, sabi lang ni Aila, masarap daw.

Gyoza, Japchae, mainly Korean dish – they’re all yummy to look, yun Japchae, lasang lasa ang sesame oil

Desert Presentation – 3 stars out of 10 joke, 3/5 pala. This could have been better. Mas maganda siguro kung mnakalagay sa parang cupcake holder.

Various shortcakes – 3.5/5, masarap naman sya but honestly, parang cake sya sa bakery dun sa 12th ave. I like the cheesecake though, very light lang.
Big Scoop Ice Cream – 10 stars out of 5! grabe ang sarrrap!

Brazo de Mercedes – 5/5, mas masarap sya sa Goldilocks na puro hangin LOL.

Sauces – Sambokojin!!!

Comfort Room – I never really like 2 in 1 comfort room so it’s 2/5.

Overall 5/5 for food and friendly staff. Worth it ang 495. Aba eh, naka-ilang kilong karne kaya kami? LOL. I am definitely going back to taste the reast of the food I missed on my last visit.

Sambokojin at Eastwood Citywalk, Quezon City. Remember to call first for reservations – 421-0145 or 421-0146. Madalas madaming tao. Hinde ito open mag-hapon. Nag co-close sila sa afternoon.
