Pilates Workout

Trivia about me: I can’t touch my toes and it’s bothering me. 2 weeks ago, i attended an aerobics class and the teacher asked us to do a lot of stretching, I can’t get over the fact that I cannot reach my toes without spreading my legs wide enough. My muscles are probably stiff together, which convinces me to try and learn Pilates workout. I bought 3 Pilates CDs already, I just hope I could find time to watch and learn it.
