Apple Cider Vinegar for Weight Loss

Apple cider vinegar has long been used as a health aid for controlling blood pressure and various diseases. I heard it’s now being used for weight loss too.

When Ruthie and I met Syana last week, we were both shocked to see how much weight she lost within a few years we haven’t seen each other. She’s really really skinny sexy! Well to begin with, she was never really fat even back in college but she wasn’t skinny either. Her secret? Not a lipozene diet pill, but a capsule or two of apple cider vinegar a day.

Research says Apple Cider Vinegar is quite rich in minerals and vitamins, helps in increasing metabolism, generates energy and reduces hunger. It is also very safe and has no side effects. Impressive! I am eager to try it too! I found a store in Cubao selling ACV but dang, they’re expensive! 895P for a bottle (120 tablets). I searched online and it’s only half that price.

    My wife uses and swears by it. She uses the real apple cider though. You can get one in any grocery store for a lot less.
