I Need My Life Back

At one point, I really got addicted to running but it has stopped since my boss gave me new assignments. Now, I have tons of things to do in the office. I find myself extending 3-4 hours each day to finish all of them. Too tiring. I usually jog in the afternoon at AFP but because I always go home late, I’ve no time to spare aymore. And because I go home late, I have to eat late and sleep right after an hour or 2. No wonder I’ve regained those few lbs I lost last year. During weekends, I’m usually in the bed ’til afternoon trying to catch up on lost sleep, will then eat late lunch and fall asleep again while watching TV then eat dinner a little later then back to sleeping again. I need to get my life back! If this unhealthy lifestyle continues, I’ll get really really huuugeee I wont fit in my office chair anymore.

I can’t really quit my job, can I? What do you think? Should I just take weight loss pills to keep me from growing bigger? HAHAHHA

  1. I suggest you take some time to exercise. you can go check out the hundred push-up program, 200 sit ups and 200 squats. That’s what I’m doing right now. it’s very convenient. forget about diet pills. Exercise is the way to go! 🙂
