If you value your health, you should undergo Physical Examination at least once a year. I just had mine 2 weeks ago. The results came this morning and I’m glad everything is normal haha except for my “weight”. The ideal weight for my height is only108 – 121 lbs. Ohmiiigaaaahhhd, I’m many many lbs over that margin! It’s already been more than decade since I reached that mark haha. The doctor recommended daily exercise for 30mins with less salt and sugar diet. I’m going back to eating healthy and staying fit again, just like what I did 2 months ago. I want to be healthy and be able to do a lot of things even when I become old. I don’t wanna burden myself and family for future financial problems due health reasons, so as early as now, I’d like to prepare already by living a healthy lifestyle and getting my own affordable health insurance. No one knows what will happen to us the next day, so let’s all learn to value our life now – save for the future, eat well, take enough rest and maintain an active lifestyle.
