2. Never ever skip meals (Skipping meals will slow our metabolism)

To fasten your metabolism, you need to keep a healthy lifestyle. Running, walking, jogging, bicycling are all great fat burners. But for people who give up too early in exercising, you can also boost your metabolism by eating fat burning foods.

Examples of fat burning foods are: apples, calcium rich dairy product, nuts, chillies, garlic, protein rich foods, green tea, honey, broccoli, cabbage, carrot, soybeans, sweet potatoes and watermelon. Also, fruits rich in vitamin C and fibre have fat burning properties.

So if you want to speed up your weight loss, take safe fat burner supplements, include fat burning foods in your diet and do some physical activity.
