Problems Sleeping at Night

I have this very annoying problem of not being able to sleep the night after I get home from work. I’m thinking it’s because of stress. Oftentimes, I find myself staying in the office longer than necessary just to finish my work loads. The longest sleep I had for the past weeks is probably 4 hours only causing me to feel sleepy all the time. I hate it because I feel like I am not being productive and I often take power naps between my breaks. I hope this is just temporary. I need my life back! I’d like to be able to wake up in the morning without looking so haggard and restless. Don’t know what to do. Should I buy a new bed (like adjustable beds)? Or buy a healthy pillow for a healthier night’s sleep? Should I drink a glass of milk before going to bed? Or should I just quit working? LOL I’m taking a vacation leave for 1 week to get away from all these major major stress. I hope when I get back, things will be back to normal, again.
