Running and Weight Loss

Looks like I need to buy new sets of casual dresses soon. Yipeee! Total weight loss as of today: 10lbs and counting! I have completely taken out rice, soda and coffee in my daily diet. I also try to sleep at least 6 hrs everyday and I have been trying to run 5km at least 4 times a week. I feel lighter now! I also bought a SUUNTO watch to help me keep track of my workout. I’m loving it! It can monitor my heart rate and it also show the calories burned everytime I run. I don’t regret for ever buying it. I don’t know but it makes me feel giddy seeing the amount of calories I burned each day. LOL. Next month, I’ll buy a new pair of running shoes.
