The Diet Continues

I’m having a major major withdrawal from eating RICE. Jogging at least 3x a week. Ab crunches every other night haha. Water consumption is 8++ glasses a day. Total weight lost: 8lbs. FTW!!!!

    the place is very familiar! dyan kami nakatira sa tapat nang logistics at madalas kami dyan sa tinatakbuhan mo. of course, tinuro ko seyo yong building nang dati kong ex-gurpren bwahahaha who was working as a waitress nun hahaha anak nang patola oo!

    we’re on the same boat. i started yesterday, dati my doctor told me to lose 10 lbs. that was when i was 165lbs, ngayon leche kinilo ako kanina, 174 lbs na hahaha!!! ano ba ang nangyari saaken?! my goal is to bring it back to 150-155!!!!
