Wrinkles are natural. They appear gradually as we grow older. But do you know that we can also get wrinkles through smoking, over exposure to sun, pollution, squinting, stress, weight loss and Vit. E deficiency?
I don’t worry about wrinkles before but when I look at myself in the mirror and see how matured and haggard I look because of those unwanted lines, they became one of my many worries now.
There are natural remedies that we can try, like cucumber, egg white, essential oil (like almond or jojoba oil) etc. Including lots of antioxidants in our diet (Antioxidants help prevent damage and protect your skin) is the most effective way of preventing or delaying wrinkles. Taking Vitamin C, which helps the production of collagen that makes the skin firm, can also help.
There are also some effective natural anti wrinkle creams readily available in health food and drug stores.
