Suffering from sleepless nights?

I work at 4 freakin AM, M-F and I’m loving it. No traffic going to/from the office. Less stress. The only thing that I don’t like is that I’m forced to sleep and wake up very early. You know I’m used to sleeping very late at night, around 9PM, so that means I only get a max of 6hours of sleep every night and when that happens, my productivity at work suffers. I can’t help feeling sleepy when working at times and that’s sooo bad. You know how hard it is to look for jobs these days right?

So I gather some tips to help you get better sleep each night:

1. Take a warm bath first

2. Turn on your aircon, rem cool environment improves sleep.

3. Darken your bedroom!

4. Avoid caffeine at least five hours before bedtime.

5. Don’t go to bed too full or too hungry.

6. Lastly, delete your facebook account….hahaha.
