1. Water – Drinking 8 or more glasses of water daily will purge toxins and suppress your appetite. Drink one glass before, in between and after your meals will help you to reduce your food intake, because the water will make your stomach feel full.
2. Eating short meals every 3 hours – Studies show that eating short meals will keep your metabolism high and the appetite low. Every time you eat a meal, your body will digest the food, which increases your metabolism. If you skip a meal, your body holds on to body fat and stores it to survive. In addition, healthy and moderate feedings will stop you from craving.
3. A Broken Heart – this is probably the best appetite suppressants haha, this is true, at least in my experience and Mitchie’s too. Having a break up, esp. a bad one, is not healthy, but it is sure going to make your size a little smaller. I wont recommend that you break up with your loved ones but you may give it a try if you want hahahaha.
If none of these works for you, an appetite suppressant pill is all you need.
