Mid-Year Review

6 more months to go and it’s 2010 already!

A few months back, I declared 2009 as my Travel Year. Now’s the time re-evaluate what had happened to the first half of 2009 and see if my horoscope is true to itself. This is my travel itinerary:

January, 4-day vacation in Davao City. Yeay! Hello Pekto!

February – Tagaytay or beach bumming somewhere in Batangas or hot spring in Laguna – didn’t happen.

March – HK, China and Macau – had a lot of fun!

April – Caramoan with L2S outdoors club – moved to July with L2SMOC

May – will go home to the barrio, somewhere in the Visayas – Happiest days ever!

June – Ilocos and Laoag Region (Pagudpud and Vigan Heritage Village) – I still have 16 days to make this happen but it might not be a good idea, the weather’s very bad these days.

July – Bohol (Panglao Island) – cancelled, 4-day trip to Caramoan!

August – Camiguin Island – NPY (no plans yet haha)

September – Parasailing at Hundred Islands, Pangasinan – Surely!

October – visit caves, hangging coffins and hot spring at Sagada, Mt. Province – NPY

November – Palawan (Underground river) – will push through, whatever it takes!

December – cruise package around Asia – hmmm, I’m thinking of a bonggang trip to Las Vegas na lang, with reservation to the Stratosphere hotel lol. Picture-picture while overlooking the view from the observation deck at the top of 113-story hotel. Includes gaming in the casino, fine dining and of course, shopping! Haha, dream on!

Out of 6 destinations, I was only able to visit 3 of them. Not bad. But I shall do better in the next 6 months.
