How To Sleep Better

I’t’s freaking cold here in Manila. I have colds and it’s giving me a terrible headache. I should be resting now but I can’t sleep, it’s even hard for me to breathe. If you’re having problems getting better sleep, here are some suggestions you can try:

Keep the room dark. Exposure to light during the time you’re supposed to be sleeping can disrupt your body’s internal cycles.

Eat dinner at least 3 hours before you sleep.
