I love cheesecakes! They’re kinda expensive, so I figured I could prepare homemade cheesecakes instead. Here’s a simple recipe of Strawberry/Blueberry cheesecake for you and your family to enjoy. This is not the regular cheesecake you see anywhere, this recipe includes chocolate. Chocolates come in wide varieties. There’s milk chocolate, white chocolate and dark chocolate. There’s also sweet, semi-sweet, bittersweet and unsweetened chocolate. For this recipe, you need dark chocolates and semi-sweet chocolates.
Philadelphia cream cheese
Mix graham crumbs, sugar, butter and cinnamon in a medium bowl. After mixing the ingredients, press into bottom of cheesecake pan, don’t forget to grease a cheesecake pan and then put into the freezer.
Mix in your cream cheese, sugar and cornstarch. Mix until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time and continue to mix. Add whipped cream and vanilla and continue to mix until smooth. You can add 1 cup of chopped strawberries or blueberries. Gradually add melted dark chocolate until mixture is smooth. Pour filling into crust.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350° degrees F. Then let it chill for about 2 hours. Spread blueberries or strawberry jam over your cheesecake.
