All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.

How do you balance between work, play, and other activities? I know it’s not easy. I’ve been there, done that and for me, spending 12 hours working is unhealthy and unproductive. This may vary depending of course on the type of job that you do. It think it’s more tiring If your job requires much thinking and analyzing, causing mental stress. Do you know that mental stress is associated with heart diseases? Don’t be a victim of self sabotage. You can minimize stress by unwinding and spending few hours just relaxing, watching tv or listening to music.

Make time for yourself too. Develop a schedule to help you balance your life. Work 8-9 hours a day and then spend maybe an hour or 2 for your hobbies in the evening. Play chess, wii, PS3, blog, surf the net, exercise or play online gaming.
