I’m not used to drinking coffee until I started to work on night shifts.  It keeps me alert and awake for 9 grueling hours. All these years, I believed that coffee is bad for one’s health. I thought it can cause nervousness, jitters, and rapid heartbeat. Well, it still does, especially for people who takes more than what their body can tolerate.  Surely, anything that’s excessive is unhealthy. But 2-5 cups a day wont hurt you. In fact, various studies show that coffee is far more beneficial than it is harmful.

Coffee could lower your risk of Parkinson’s disease, diabetes, as well as colon cancer. It has been linked to a number of potential health benefits, including protection against liver, lifting your mood, relieving headaches and lowering your risk of getting cavities.
