I was talking to my cousin Mitchie yesterday about planning to renovate their second floor for a study room. She wanted to re-paint the wall and rearrange the furnitures and put up new a interior design to their ancestral home. That sounds exciting. I, too, am planning for a home make-over this September. My living room is too small and a little boring. I’m planning to buy a smaller TV rack and a home theater furniture to make it more lively and spacious, afterall, this is the part of the house where I receive my guests, so I have to make it really look good and comfy and homey. One problem though…I need cash!!! LOL
