Cleansing For A Healthy Lifestyle

You know, I surprisingly get constipated easily and I hate it. That’s why, lately, I am becoming more health conscious. Aside from going to the gym at least 3 times a week, I am also trying to eat more veggies and fish these days and I feel good about it. I feel a little lighter and more energized.  I super hate suffering from constipation, diarrhea, bloating and all sorts of abdominal pain. I’ve read somewhere about this self-care colon cleanse and I’d like to try it out too. It’s probably gonna help to improve and limit the occurrence of my constipation and diarrhea. Have you tried it?
