As a kid, I grew up being deprived of many things, including toys. I was probably the only girl in the neighborhood who didn’t have Barbie dolls, stuffed toys, walking doll, talking doll, sleeping doll and a doll house. Aside from having not much money to buy those expensive kid toys, I guess playing Barbie dress up games wasn’t my idea of a playful activity. I remember growing up playing mostly outdoor games like softball, volleyball and jumping jacks. Now that I am older, I finally learn to appreciate playing dress up Barbie dolls with my little sister Mao and niece Cassie. It’s actually fun to do. You know, people grow old but only a few chooses to grow up because some of them will always remain kids at heart, just like me. LOL
