When eating less and exercising more is not enough

To date, I am several lbs heavier than I was 2 years ago. I’ve tried different weight loss programs, I even go to gym classes every other day but those extra lbs just wont go off. It’s freaking me out! I really should get serious with my dieting, else, I’ll get really super heavy in few years time. It scares me. But how do successful losers do it? What could be the secrets in losing unwanted lbs effectively? I know it’s to eat less and exercise more. I’ve done it. Sounds really simple, but the truth is, I find dieting as one of life’s many hassles and hardest trials. One thing I haven’t tried though is taking diet pills? What do you think?

  1. Honestly, I think it comes down to desire. Dieting sucks. You really have to “want” it.

    The problem is consistency. Constantly dieting and going to the gym. I think that’s why people yo yo with their weight.
